Demand Communication

Customers provide Honmor 2D or 3D drawings of precision stainless steel turned parts with specific material grade, tolerance, surface treatment and quantity, then, engineers will recommend suitable material grade (for example: 316 for marine use) and check if the design is optimized for lathe machining.

Quotation and contract

When receiving inquiry from customers, the quotation is to be issued within 12 hours including cost of material, machining fee and certification cost, and the contract will be signed after customer confirmation with determined quality standard and delivery items, finally, client pay a deposit to start the order.

Sample production and inspection

Customized parts will be produced by requested stainless steel with quantity of 3-4 pieces, which must undergoes dimensional inspection (via micrometers and CMM) and material certification. we will start production after confirmation, and the adjustments can be made if needed (such as tolerance grade).

Mass production and delivery
