China High-Strength Metal 3D Printed Parts are advanced machining components; Honmor enables clients to customize, order, or purchase these parts via SLM/DMLS tech, using high-strength metals. They offer complex structures & high durability, fitting automotive, machinery, and medical industries. Honmor’s parts meet strict standards, ensuring reliability for every order or purchase, satisfying high-performance machining needs.
High-Strength Metal 3D Printed Parts from Honmor, a manufacturer in China, refer to machining components produced through additive manufacturing technologies—specifically Selective Laser Melting (SLM) or Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), which use high-energy lasers to melt and layer high-strength metal powders (e.g., titanium alloy, high-strength steel, nickel-based superalloy) into complex 3D shapes per design drawings. Honmor focuses on manufacturing metal 3d printed parts with superior quality through industry-grade 3D printer with dual laser systems, which can realize part density up to ≥99.5% and dimensional precision within ±0.1mm. When clients are going to customize or purchase, Honmor can flexibly adjust metal material, layer thickness and post-processing as per 2D and 3D drawings, fully satisfying the high-load, corrosion-resistant requirements of their machining equipment or end products. These parts demonstrate outstanding performance in integrating complex structures and high mechanical performance, solving the processing limitations of traditional metalworking for irregular high-strength components.
Core Characteristics
High-Strength Metal 3D Printed Parts have three core advantages that make them valuable in the machining industry. First, excellent mechanical strength, Honmor’s metal 3d printed parts adopt superior metal powders with tensile strength up to ≥900MPa, which can bear heavy loads and impact without deformation, that’s why customers choose to procure from Honmor for high-performance scenarios. Second, flexible design adaptability: unlike traditional machining that struggles with complex structures, 3D printing allows one-step forming of parts with irregular shapes; when customers customize, Honmor’s engineering team can optimize designs to reduce material waste and improve structural efficiency. The third one is fast prototyping, compared to traditional mold production, Honmor’s process for metal 3d printed parts is able to shorten the development cycle by 30%-50%, which enable customers to quickly test new parts designs before placing large order.
Common Application Fields
High-Strength Metal 3D Printed Parts are widely used in machining-related industries (excluding aerospace). In the automotive industry, they are applied to high-performance vehicle parts such as lightweight chassis brackets, engine valve seats, and brake calipers—many automotive R&D teams customize metal 3d printed parts from Honmor to balance weight reduction and load-bearing capacity. In the machinery industry, they serve as precision components like mold cores (with complex cooling channels), hydraulic valve blocks, and robot end effectors; the high precision and strength of Honmor’s parts ensure stable operation of heavy machinery, so manufacturers often purchase them for critical equipment. In the medical industry, they are used for orthopedic implants (e.g., titanium alloy hip stems, knee joints)—Honmor uses medical-grade metal powders and controls surface roughness to Ra≤1.6μm, meeting biocompatibility and osseointegration requirements. In the energy industry, they are applied to wind turbine generator components (e.g., high-strength gear parts) and oil drilling tool accessories; their corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance adapt to harsh outdoor or underground working environments.

Procurement and Customization Process
Demand communication
Clients tell Honmor the requirements of our CNC machined auto parts including 3D drawings (marking material, tolerance and surface treatment), quantity of order and delivery date. Honmor’s auto machining engineers will analyze the possibility of customization (for example: whether the structure of parts is suitable for using 5-axis CNC machining) and provide solutions of how to save cost.
Quotation and confirmation
After demand communication, Honmor will provide detailed quotation within 24 hours (covering material cost, machining fee and inspection cost) and sign contract after clients confirm the quotation. Meanwhile, Honmor provides production schedule to track progress when receive the deposit.
Samples confirmation and production
For customizedhigh-strength metal 3D printed parts, Honmor will produce 2-5 samples at first, after completion, Honmor will start dimensional inspection and material test, and send the reports to customers. If there is any modification needed, Honmor will optimize process and remake the parts until meet approval.
Mass production and delivery
Honmor starts mass production once the samples are confirmed and random inspection will be conducted every 2 hours (using calipers and CMM) during production to ensure the consistency of all products. Final parts are packed by collision-against boxes with moisture-proof layer to protect goods from transit progress. With long-term collaboration with DHL and FedEx, Honmor is able to deliver the goods to global automotive factories, ensuring delivery as agreed in the order on time.
